Planning & Estimate - Collaborate with the Manager to develop a quality service that meets customer needs. - Advise on customer service procedures. - Prepare sales forecast reports and prepaid expenses, including outstanding balances. Service Import & Export - Monitor import-export service operations to ensure they meet standards. - Assist in analyzing and making decisions to solve operational problems, including issues faced by team members. - Manage and analyze customer needs, expectations, satisfaction, and complaints. - Provide advice and guidance to employees to improve service quality and follow up on and evaluate the performance of subordinates. - Provide import and export consulting to executives and clients. - Analyze and review service rates, working with the sales department to evaluate the acceptance of new customers. - Control and approve expenses related to import and export operations. Human Resources - Monitor and evaluate performance, and develop plans to increase work efficiency. - Participate in the selection of personnel with the manager and the human resources department.
