1.3 Criteria for determining organizational size
Determination of organizational size is calculated using ratio between annual sales and number of employees
at the ratio of 60:40. The size of organization is divided as XL, L, M and S.

Example
The organization has 1,200 employees and achieves annual sales of 5,000 million baht.
The sales of 5,000 million baht yield a score of 3 = 3 x 0.6 = 1.8
With 1,200 employees, the score is 4 = 4 x 0.4 = 1.6
Total score = 1.8 + 1.6 = 3.4 HR Center Co., Ltd.
With a total score of 3.4, according to the “Organization Size Classification Table,”
the organization is classified as size L

1.4 Geographical locations are divided into 5 regions which are:
• Bangkok & Surrounding Areas refers to Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi and Nakhon Pathom
• Central Region refers to Ayutthaya, Samut Sakhon, Saraburi and Ratchaburi
• Eastern Region refers to Chon Buri, Rayong, Chachoengsao and Prachin Buri
