           2. Definition used in this survey
             • Basic Salary means the basic salary given to an employee

             • “Comp 1” or “Starting Rate” means basic salary and fixed allowance that the organization gives to employees
             • “Comp 2” or “Total Pay” means basic salary including fixed allowance and monthly average of annual bonus

             • n means numbers of organization that provides data
             • Min (Minimum) means the lowest value of the survey data set

             • Max (Maximum) means the highest value of the survey data set
