Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Product Development team to perform design tasks. 
  2. Identify opportunities and demand (market) for new and innovative products for development, and subsequently lead this development, working with the design manager.
  3. Provide support to Distributor or customer in product design and development and roll-out.
  4. Initiate the strategic overview of product development aiming of moving the company forward by spotting new trends and areas of growth which will be profitable.
  5. Takes a global perspective when developing products by conceive and developing a product taking into consideration design, commerciality and technical issues. 
  6. Seeking information for better understanding of marketing factors as well as design.
  7. Works very closely with the sales and marketing team to gather what customers want. 
  8. Decides a style of design for product.
  9. Reinvents design to suit customer needs as necessary.
  10. Project management of product design and development.
  11. General review of the skill base and competency of staff and coordination with HR&D function on their training requirements.
  12. Coordination with Finance & Accounting function and funding requirements for approved capital expenditure.
  13. Coordination with concerned functions on the introduction of new product.
  14. Identifying any IT requirements necessary to support the successful implementation of technology and coordinating these requirements with the IT Manager.
  15. Involve in management team review of Strategic Plans and Policies.
  16. Act and encourage safety, environment, quality and disciplinary awareness and compliance as well as any required by the company procedures or work regulation.
  17. Other tasks assigned by superior.
  18. Perform / support all assigned cross functional works.

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in in design or engineering or any related field.
  2. 10 years’ experience with product design and at least 5 years’ experience in management level.
  3. Leadership experience running a design team.
  4. Strong project management and design management skills.
  5. Knowledge of Solid Work, Auto Cad, Adobe Illustrator.
  6. Good negotiation skill and customer-oriented attitude.
  7. Excellent cross-functional project management, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communication.
  8. Be able to communicate in English both speaking and written fluently.
